Fees/Payment:  Payment is expected as services are rendered. Please feel free to consult about fees with a member of our staff.  Written estimates of procedures are routinely given.  If a patient should need hospitalization, a deposit is required with the balance due upon discharge.  For your convenience, we accept, Visa, MasterCard, discover, American Express, CareCredit, cash and checks with a valid drivers license.

If you carry pet insurance, you are required to pay at the time of service and the insurance company will reimburse you where applicable.

Surgical Policy:  A physical exam and current vaccines are required for each surgical candidate.  We strongly recommend that a animal being anesthetized is a candidate for preliminary testing, especially for the older or compromised patient.  We know that anesthesia represents a risk to your pet, and we do our utmost to monitor and maintain them during these procedures.

For routine procedures requiring anesthesia, please remove the food after midnight, unless instructed otherwise.  Water is okay to give. 

Appointments:  Appointments are preferred, but you are always welcome to come in during our office hours if necessary. We are located at 1293 Clove Road, Staten Island, NY, in Sunnyside, just one block away from Victory Blvd.  There is a parking lot behind our building.
